I have just been informed that a very exciting new exclusive store will be opening in Cardiff this Autumn, yes people, Vivienne
Westwood is opening her first ever store in Wales this October. The
store signifies the expanding world of Vivienne Westwood throughout the UK and will showcase all Vivienne Westwood collections, with the hope of attracting fans and
customers in both Wales and the South West of England.
The new
store measures 2,600 square foot and draws inspiration from the original Vivienne
Westwood flagship store on 44 Conduit Street, London. Situated in St
David’s Centre in the historical and cultural city of Cardiff, the area is an
excellent setting for the Avant-Garde and iconic Vivienne Westwood collections.
The
store will feature large theatrical windows and a stage adorned with classic
Vivienne Westwood mannequins, fawn hoofed rails and Vivienne’s iconic pink neon
signature and will stock a full range of Gold, Red & MAN Label, Anglomania,
Anglomania + Lee jeans, Red Carpet eveningwear dresses and all accessories
including shoes and bags.
This
exciting new store will open with an exclusive VIP launch party in Autumn 2012 to
introduce Vivienne Westwood to the city and the celebration will continue with
an exclusive fashion show in October.
I dont know about you but I am pretty excited about this new store opening & will be first in line for the launch party in Autumn....that is if I get an invite!! lol
