Go Green, girls!
I have been approached by a local PR company to help them promote a Go Green Day on the 19th October to help raise money for and awareness of the Size of Wales campaign - a campaign aimed at protecting an area in the rainforest that is the size of Wales.
So on October 19th - Go Green Day, we are being asked to fashion any shade of green into our ensemble, whether emerald, apple, mint and olive, and in return donate money to the Size of
Wales campaign.
The world’s rainforests absorb
almost a fifth of the world’s man-made carbon dioxide emissions and the 'Size of Wales' campaign aims to help protect an area of rainforest equivalent to Wales, and, in turn,
inspire other countries to do the same.
The money raised will be spent on
a range of actions that will help protect the forests – from buying tree
seedlings to funding rangers, supporting local people and lobbying for land
ownership and management rights.

With green being a hot trend with AW12 we are not short of choices for our Go Green Day outfit, but here is a little inspiration to get you started :
