Get racey with lace
Another top trend for this AW is lace, and it is everywhere on the high street already, with an abundance of different garments to choose from. In the past lace has been associated with the gothic trend and can be seen to be a bit vampy, however, fortunately there is a whole array of items in a rainbow of colours available in stores for you to choose from, non of which tick the gothic box. Lace is the sort of trend that you can incorporate easily into an ensemble whether you go for an all-over lace dress or simply a top with a little lace trim, be sure to stock up on a few lace pieces for your AW wardrobe. Try pairing lace with contrasting textures and patterns like maybe some wet look leggings/jeans or some leopard print to keep it edgy. If you don't want to wear lace garments you can always add lace accessories to an outfit instead by adding some lace tights, head scarf or socks.
Here are a few of the best lace garments currently available in store or online.
